Returns and exchanges

European Union

Orders in the European Union can be returned and refunded up to 14 days from the day that the order was received. The cost of the order including shipping will be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning the order, and for ensuring it is packaged securely so that it won't be damaged in transit.

Rest of the world

Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but if you do experience an issue with your order please send me a note at support@eliseelsenheimer.com so that we can find a solution together.

Wrong items or quantity

If you receive your order and find that the wrong item(s) or quantity was shipped to you, please reach out to me at support@eliseelsenheimer.com so that I can help make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If you see that your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact me right away at support@eliseelsenheimer.com with a photo of the issue(s) so that we can resolve it.

Lost orders

If your order exceeds the estimated shipping timeframe by 5 or more business days, it may be lost. Please reach out to me at support@eliseelsenheimer.com so that I can investigate. If an order is lost I can either ship out a replacement or supply a refund of the cost of the item(s) plus shipping.
